Inbound Caller id ICLID 1

We have an Avaya IP 500. We currently have requested thru our phone vendor that they send us caller id info. In sysmonitor I see the number but no name.
On our phones, it hits VM and a generic prompt, hit 1 for this, 2 for that, etc.
Once it rings to the phone it will display the caller id number but not the name. It will just show "External" or the groupname its being sent from.

How do we get the caller id name to display on the phone?

Caller ID and Caller ID with Name are two different things. Did you ask them to include name? If your not seeing it in Monitor they aren't sending it.

Thanks. The LEC said they turned it on but they had not.
