Hey everyone,

I have a Mitel 3300 CXII hooked up to two PRIs along with an Oaisys call record server tapped at both PRIs. I am having an issue with getting the caller name to display on the phone sets and also in Oaisys. The phone sets do receive the actual caller id number. I ran an edt trace vdsu namenum on both of the PRIs and in the log it shows that the caller name is being sent however none of the phone sets or Oaisys receive the caller name.

I have tried changing on COS settings on a test phone but I havent had any luck.

Does anyone have an idea of what my next course of action should be?

If its some type of physical tape have you tried removing the physical Oaisys tap so you can eliminate that as a possible issue?

You can't duct tape stupid.
