I have a customer who is wanting to launch a specific webpage on the users PC when they get a call in. They said they will take care of the application portion of it, but they want to know how they get that information. I'm guessing it's some sort of TAPI integration. I believe they want to look a customer up by the caller ID and pop open a webpage based on CLID

It can use scripts and pop up webpages.
