Inbound call Logging 1

We have a fax # calling to our main line but there is no id on the screen just has a name. By any chance is it possible to log inbound calls to find the # so it can be blocked? This is for an Avaya IP Office 500

next time this happens transfer this to your fax machine on site, you should be able to see the fax cover sheet that will tell you who is faxing your business

So just out of curiosity how would you log calls anyway? Just occurred to me anyone could call unauthorized #'s for all I know without our knowledge.
