Hoping someone has seen this one before - I have a few analog lines coming into the IPO, The default destination on the incomming line groups are going to a huntgroup. However I only have one user in that huntgroup, but it is still dialing every extension on the system.

Its almost behaving as the default Main huntgroup, but I removed everyone from that list except one extension. I also attempted to create a new huntgroup. Monitor shows that it is trying to hit the right huntgroup, but something is still causing all of the phones to still ring?

Anyone see this before?

SSA is showing that the originator is Slot 1, port 9. Which is the first analog trunk, so that looks okay. The Destination End Party is showing all of the extensions, not the huntgroup. It's just a list of everyone.

I dont think Caller ID is being received (might be a telco thing), but I still have that default incomming line group set to hit the huntgroup.

Thanks for the fast response btw.

Is the overflow list blank for your hunt group?

It sounds silly, but have you checked your inbound call routes to make sure they are going to YOUR group instead of Main?

Also time profiles can affect this too in your routes.

Overflow groups are not blank. And All Incoming Call Routes are pointed specifically to the group that I want... even the default.

I also don't have any time profiles configured right now.

Heres an update - I even changed the incoming call route and the default to hit one specific extension instead of the huntgroup and it is still ringing everyone.

Sounds like you have that line as a "Line Appearance" on everyones phone.

You hit the nail on the head Textron. For some reason, I was thinking that even though I have those Line Appearances on the phones, that the call path should have still followed the Incoming Call Routes.... I should have had that second cup of coffee today.

Thanks again for all of the help everyone.
