To All,

Could anyone explain how to program an 800# that comes in on a T-1 and uses a DINS number. I have a 0x32 w/ 4.1 with T-1 card and AT&T sends this # to our switch as DNIS 200.

At this time the only way to get the call is have 16 lines ring on each phone because the 800 call seems to come in on a different line each time you call. It starts at line 1 the first time and line 2 the second time and so forth until it gets to line 16 and then it goes back down.

Any help would be appreceated.

Thanks,
Danny

YOU have to program your lines as E&M Lines with AUTO Answer, and use Target Lines with the received digits match your DNIS number (ie target line 145 receiveing 200)and assign that target line to whatever ext you want. This way the system will look for the DNIS number and routed to the extension that has the target line assigned to it ,does't matter what channel the DNIS comming on.I hope that helps. Good Luck!

Sam,

Do you have to setup all 16 lines with target lines and auto answer or just one? If need all 16 seems the same as having all the lines ring on the ext's.

all T1 lines eg: (001-024) have to be config the same way.
Ok
