All,

PLEASE HELP!!! I have a server running win2k Server edition that was having some problems so I restarted the server hoping that would fix the problem. The system restarts, I see the MS windows screen, then I get the error below. I don't have a ERD disk. Thanks for your help.

First thing I would do is check that all the cables are pluged up tight. Some times they can work loose with time.

The cables are plugged in tight, the system displays the loading windows screen, then I get the blue screen.

Can you get into safe mode?

Make sure any USB hard drives are unplugged...

Try booting with your Windows CD and run recovery console. If it is able to find a copy of Windows log into it and check your Boot.ini file for any changes. If it has a problem then it is probable that the disk is corrupt
