InAAU Conference - San Diego

Is anyone going?

There was a suggestion last year to have members of Tek-Tips meet somewhere during the conference.

It never happened...So I thought that it would be good to see how we could try to do it this year...(Someone suggested standing on a table and yelling to Tek-Tips members at lunch...Standing on the table would get quite a bit attention in itself)

Any ideas???

I just registered, and the early registration deadline is fast approaching...

I'm still listening to general session while on InAAU's WiFi link fine tuning all of the new Auto Attendant, hunt group/skill additions and changes I implemented over the weekend...

I couldn't go this year, either - our voice "department" consists of myself and 1 co-worker. We alternate years on going to the InAAU conference, so that someone's always at home keeping everything working.

Any word yet on where next year's conference will be at?

Thought it was hot in SD. The weather is just like the UK so it feels like home, oh, except for the views and the InAAU is really great!

I hope you all are having a good time out there. I have been installing new Rath Microsystems elevators phones most of the week from the flood we had. Not a lot of fun here.

Oh and for your systems, don't worry we have taken it upon our selfs to dial into them and make a few (minor changes) while you are gone. lol

We have them scheduled to do a reset system 5 at noon.

Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.

next years conference is at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando Fl the third week of May

I was able to meet with Toni269 at the conference. I didn't attend any of the lunches except for the Monday lunch. We really need to be able to put something together so that a bunch of us can meet at next years conference. I am planning to go at this point, but a lot can change in a year.

Toni269 did take some pictures, but I am not sure where she is going to post them. Let me know where you put them, so we can all see them, especially if you found anyone else.

Toni269, I think it was me you met whom you are referring to. I work in South Dakota. And unfortunately, I work in a call center, not in a resort in Las Vegas.

The conference was great. Tons of information - as always, too many to get to and hard to choose which ones would be better.
