Has anyone ran into this issue? I am running into a issue with restoring info to the portmaster in the INA board, I can backup the old card not a problem then when I go to the new board to use the restore option in the portmaster the feature does not work, any help would appreciated.

INA backup to restore on portmaster not working properly, HELP!

I'm not sure if this will help - but I would check under Maintenance, System, Inventory to see what the Application Vintage is of each IMA board. My guess is - you may have a mismatch in vintages. If so - you would need to upgrade one or both boards - so that they are at the same vintage - then retry your backup/restore.

I checked the versions, both the same, the issue seems to be when I restore from the portmaster login, it is not showing the "device" ip address as if it is not there, under the INA maintain restore option the "device" ip address is there, I understand to assign the IP address for the ether0 in the passthru assigns the address in the INA part, just dont know how to set the ip address for the Portmaster so I can restore the backup
