Hi,

I have the same problem and the reason seems to be a bug in DFM. The Compound message (purple) that you mention shows up when for example High Broadcast Rate or High Utilization Symphom message (orange) larms. I have seen a procent level at 2.1474836E7 which looks to me as some programmer haven't fully tested his code. I found this as a bug in Software Bug Tool on cisco.com:

CSCdt76949 Bug Details

Headline DFM occasionally reports erroneous HighUtil events on interfaces
Product fault-manager Model
Component event-correlation Duplicate of
Severity 1 Status Verified
First Found-in Version 1.0 First Fixed-in Version 1.2(2) Version help
Release Notes

When using DFM to view details of a HighUtilization event, the
utilization shown is abnormally high (sometimes much higher
than 100%).

Fixed in the latest DFM 1.2.x IDU. To download the IDU,
log in to Cisco.com and point your browser to:

So the best is to download the latest IDU. I saw that v1.2.5 was released July 07.

The bug reports says that the error was fixed in IDU 1.2.2 but I think I'm running 1.2.4 and I still have the same problem. I will install 1.2.5 tomorrow and it that doesn't help I will openen a TAC case on this.

Cheers
