In Call Status on RTD showing Call Present for longer than 10 secs

Hi All.

CCMS 6 SU08 and all the latest and greatest DP's

I have a intermittant issue that is showing up as agents showing in the Call Present state for over 10secs all the way upto 5 mins. The agent is working normally when we see this on the display ie on a call. Also agents are all set for call force so it's not like they are ignoring it.

Anyone else seen this?

Also we have again intermitant calls being handled in default ie like a pure acd call (although not being answered in the default skillset)

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.
 
Had a similar problem with RTD but our agents were showing IDLE when calls had been presented and answered. Found MPLR30038 for the R6.0 CS1K solved that one.
