In Avaya BCM50 -keycode issue

Hi,
In Avaya BCM50 i connected digital phone (Model-T7316E). i am traying to put the keycode in the telephone.After i login to the phone according to the document in the menu screen it should show 'Feature Codes'. but here in my phone i dont hav an option like that. so am not able to put the keycode.
please help me to find out the issue......thanks.

U have to login through element manager and upload the license file

It's very difficult to add keycodes via the telephone - use Element Mgr as phoneguy suggested.

I agree with atcom, unless you have done it a few times via telset it can be more troublesome versus just using EM.

hi,
I already uploaded the license using business element manager and license status is active. when i take the receiver of my digital phone it is asking for "Keycode reqd". in digital phone menu screen there is no 'Feature Codes' option to put the keycode.

you need a keycode file to activate the internal digital stations on the bcm

you may want to contact a vendor

In EM under keycodes what does it say next to digital seat?

It might be wise to paste your keycode files here?. It sounds as if you don't have licences for some or all of your digital sets.
