In Access 2k my form retains focus when opening a report...

I have a button that will open a report in PrintPreview mode. However, when the report opens it is behind the form that opened it. I don't recall this being a problem in Access 97, but I am in the process of switching from Access 97 to Access 2000 so now it's a problem. How do I make my report the active object with the form still open but behind the active object?
