Is there a way to trace the embedded voicemail messages that get sent via IMS. Have a customer who states missed 1 message to his outlook but received all the other. The computer company of course blames the voicemail, and we have no access to the exchange server does the voicemail get generated locally from the VM server or just forwarded to exchange
 
Instead of using forward use copy in the Manager, than you have both and you can always check.

Also install the sysmonitor on the customer site.

Filter; Clear ALL > Call tab tick all under Embedded.

Set the log preferences in the sysmonitor and let it log to a file.
