IMS installation 2003 exchange server

I have a customer with a 406v2 3.1.48, vmpro 3.1.16 installed on the 2003 sp1 exchange server.

1. Is there any updated documentation out there that includes IMS Install on 2003 server sp1?

2. Does Avaya support installing all of the ims software on the exchange server itself?

BTW if you look in the faq section above you will find an IMS faq. It is pretty good but not complete in regards to 2003 sp1.
