IMS client install 1

I am trying to install IMS client on my PC to test with outlook 2007. We are able to email .wav files to our inboxes with no problems but I want to test the embedded features. When I try to open Outlook I get a message saying An internal error has occured. I hit OK and it logs me into my Outlook. When I see a voicemail in my mailbox and click on it.. outlook sends the same message and then closes my outlook. Is there an issue with IMS and Outlook 2007? Is there a good config/install Doc for IMS?

1) Do you have the IMS licence?
2) IMS is flakey at best if possible use UMS instead.

you could try the document MR IPO put out. it has helped me in the past.

MR.IPOs Doc and VMPro install r3.1 was pretty good for IMS

Thanks for the tip for the Mr. IPO site.. I will follow that. I do have license for IMS.

I think other people have tried and failed with Outlook 2007, it was bad with 2003!!!

I would try get to R5 and migrate to UMS if you have exchange 2007.
