Anybody ever get this error when trying to install?

Either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request. Please run Microsoft Outlook and set it as the default mail client

There is no IMS tab under option of outlook

Yes I have gone to Internet explorer and options and set ms outlook to my default email client, this happened to me after upgrading vmpro to 3.2

Ive tried two desktops with the same result, I realize this is probably a MS problem and nothing to do with IPO but if anyone can help I have stars waiting :)
 
Yes, I've seen that error. Close all programs and stop all services that may be using XML before running the installations for PhoneMgr and IMS client.

In my case, it was "McAfee Framework Service" that had an MSXML*.DLL file locked that the Avaya install needed.
