Impromptu- "User Profile" option under Catalog menu is grayed out

Hello group;

I have logged in as "Creator" in one of my catalogs, and I can't access "Folder","Properties","User Profiles"... under catalog menu.
User class "Creator" has below rights:
Governor Information
Create New Reports : Yes
Modify Folders : Yes
Create New User Classes : Yes
Direct Entry of SQL : No

I used to be able to access above screens.
How can I have the rights for user "Creator" back?

PS. I don't have any report open when trying to access those screens.

It's working now.
I had to give "Creator" access to "Direct Entry SQL" in Governor tab.
I didn't know that not having that wouldn't allow you to go to Folders and Tables under Catalog menu.
