Impromptu Installation

Hello friends,
I tring to install Impromptu Administrator EP Series 7
on windows 2000 but i am getting a error

" Unable to Create the Register Key " --'[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT]/typelib/000000'

any help

1)Are you logged in as a local administrator of the machine? (Check by going to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> User Groups and clicking on the Administrator's group. If you can't get in, let IT know.)

2)Make sure that whatever group you are logged in as, check regedt32 to see if you access to the registry. (Type regedt32 in the cmd line). Click on Menu option "Permissions."
