As far as I know you can have as many as you want and as large as you want. However, it may slow processing down if it gets to be too many. Did you try it yet?
Thank you. Yes, was giving me errors as to memory not enough. But, went back in to the conditional formating and redone a few that could be together in a statement, instead of individual statements. This seem to help alot.
I've done over 50 conditional formats in a single report without errors or performance issues. It's a pain to do, and was largely due to the absence of a 'show negatives in red' capability, such as Crystal has. Other than the trouble of setting them up, I've had no other issues.
