Impossible to make first dial on OneXPortal 9.1.4.0 - IPOffice 500 - Avaya Application Server Linux

Hi all,

I have a little problem with my IPO and the OneXPortal.

- On OneXPortal we can't make the first call when our profile is in Office Mode

Explanation:

In my office we use a lot OneXportal for dialling, and call customer; we use OneXportal in Office mode or in TeleWorker Mode.

When i'm from my office, i connect to the OneXportal, all seems good, but when i want to diall, nothing happen.
Dial from keyboard, Diall from virtual keyboard, diall *97 for my voice mail... No Reaction.

If i dial a number from my phone and initiate a first call, i can dial a second call via the One X Portal. Only if i have made a first call.

Two differents exemple :

1) Call Customer A from OneXPortal : KO

2) Call Customer A from my DECT (OK), Call CustomerB from OneX (OK)

The strangest thing, is it all works in TeleWorker mode.


My actual Application Server (Linux) is an upgraded Version on a virtualized server, i have just reinstall the OVA from scratch, same things, all works good but no possibily to make the first diall from OneX.

Anyone can help me on this problem ?

Did you try to downgrade the 1XP package on the application server to see if it's a bug in that specific version?

Same bug in 9.1.2

But i don't have the OVA in previous version... I don't know what version i can test with IPO in version 9.1.300.120

Under system\updates you can switch between the available versions of any installed package. No need to downgrade the whole server.
