Impossible to connect a lotus client to server

Hello

I start with Lotus Notes 5 now and i will to install the notes client on a windows NT Workstation.

I install the client correctly in the administrator session and it work correctly.

But when i try to connect it with the user and password of my customer (no administrator right) the notes client stop until i close it with the task manager.

Please help me...

There is not that much information in your post, but it could be a network protocol problem. Make sure that your workstation is setup to use the same protocal(s) as your server.

If you are using TCP/IP you need to resolve the name of the Notes Server to an IP address either by using a Hosts file or by placing a Cname record in your DNS.
