Importing wav files into Contact Store

Good day all

This might be a long shot but has anyone imported wav files into Contact Store after the server was reloaded with out backing up Contact Store.

Do you mean that you have all the recording wav files but didn't backup the database? If so then look at this:

this is the clincher:

The data structure where the Contact Store recordings are located must be intact; this means that both the .WAV and .XML files must exist in the folders where they were originally processed.
