Importing Greetings into CallPilot Manager

Has anyone else had any problems trying to import wavs into an individual mailbox greeting using CallPilot Manager? I keep receiving an error stating "Failed to transcode .wav file", even when using .wavs that are currently in our CP menus.

Please, convert Wav with windows sound record to PCM 8,000 kHz 8 Bitmono 7kb /sec and try again
