Importing from other databases

Is there any way to import from other databases such
as Access, SQL Server.

Both integration manager and import utility will work to pull data into Great Plains from an outside source. Integration Manager can pull from text or just about any ODBC file. You can integrate into quite a few areas of Great Plains. We've used it for transactions and master records in General Ledger, AP, and Payroll.

Import utility does not check the validity of the data before importing. It also will only work with tab or comma delimited text files.

Any suggestions on how to import data into PA? This is the only part of Great Plains that does not have an import util? Thanks.
