i just got a new mac and installed photoshop with imageready. i try to import the twain but cannot. i have properly installed the scanner twain acquire extensions but cannot import still. i get the error -30001. i cannot find what that means anywhere. someone please help me! thanks.

I'm having the same problem. I just upgraded to OSX10.4 and have everything installed and hooked up properly as well. did you get an answer?
