Hi,
I want to add to my existing excel page many more pages from variuos files of identical structure. Is there a safer and faster way than "copy-paste" ?
thanks.

Hi Davesexcel
If you mean:each sheet has the same number of rows, answer is no. The same number of columns, answer is yes.

Hi Davesexecl
Sorry for the very late response.
The truth is i dont know to work with Excel's macro commands so i couldnt use your advise.
Is there a link for a short and easy tutorial to learn this ?
Thanks a lot !

Hi,

Learning VBA takes some work.

Turn on your macro recorder and record copying one sheet to your other sheet.

Observe your recorded code.

Post back in VBA Visual Basic for Applications (Microsoft) Forum707 for help in customizing your code for your particular needs.

Play around with different code.

Observe other postings in Tek-Tips code forums.

Play around with code to see what happens.

Go to Borders and buy an Excel VBA book.

Play around with examples.

There's no "EASY" way.

Thanks SkipVought,
If this is not easy or fast, why not asp.net or Access ? Why excel ?
In other words, there is no other simple way to import sheets to an excel sheet but copy-paste. Isn't it so ?
Thanks. It is an important information[bigsmile]

Excel VBA is fast and easy, comparatively speaking.

I was refering to your question, "Is there a link for a short and easy tutorial to learn this ?"
