Importing Excel File Data Into Microsoft Acess/ Oracle

Hello,

I am required to develop a program in VB to convert data from Microsoft Excel file into a database table. Anyone has any idea/tips about how to go about it?

ummm....use the Excel Object library to hit the excel spreadsheet......then insert the data into the DB table as you normally would.

There is plenty of help on the Excel Library here and on google.

use ADO to open each and pass the data. ADO can open Access, Oracle and Excel sheets.
