Hi all,

I have an exported file(CSV) of about 1600 Contacts. I would like to import it into exchange so that all the users on the network can use it. They all run Outlook 2000. I have been reading up on previous answers given, however none of them have been useful. I have also searched the knowledge base at Microsoft, but to no avail. Maybe I'm just a bit dim. Could someone please explain to me step by step what I need to do, or send me to a link that I can go read up on this issue. Once all the contacts are in, what do I need to do on the client side so that they can see it?

Thank you very much in advance.

Bernard

This may work. Can you import the csv file into the global contact list from one of your outlook 2000 cleints? Do you have shared mailbox for global contacts?

I have the contacts on one of the clients' Contact list. I'm not to sure what you mean by a shared mailbox for global contacts though.
