Importing contacts into AD with CSVDE

Hello,
I need to import a bunch of users from another company's Active Directory and I need them to become mail-enabled contacts (Custom recipients) after I have imported them into our own AD.

Can anyone let me know what are the minimum headings I need in the CSV file? (DN, ObjectClass etc.) - and what are the actual names of the headings (I know that after an export, some of the headings need to be changed to allow them to be imported) - I hope somebody gets what I mean?!!?
