I created an image in photoshop to print in pantones. When i brought it in though, it is reading as cmyk. does anyone know how to fix the problem from the photoshop end, or is there a way to convert the image in the quark end.

well, i started out with two. i don't have the file in front of me right now, but i can tell you what i did. one was a red, and one was a blue. using the blue pantone color, i filtered it with clouds in phothsop. I checked the colors after that, and they all still read as pantones. Would that effect it in quark though?

What file format are you saving from Photoshop?

Why is everyone in this forum responding to me as picklefish?

What color mode is your Photoshop document? If you pick a Pantone color, but you are in CMYK or RGB mode, it will be converted. Try multi channel or duotone.
