Is there a way I can import addresses from an excel spreadsheet into Exchange 2000? The VP of our company received a spreadsheet with 350 email addresses and has asked me to import them into a recipient list. Thanks.
Open outlook click on file then import export.
Select import from another prgram or file.
Scroll down the list until you see Microsoft Excel.
Click on next and browse to your excel spreedsheet.
Click next select folder to which you export too.
You might have to map some fields but other then that your alls et.
