Importing a file that changes location every month

I am trying to use the macro feature in Access to have it import a file with the click of a button and it works fine as long as the file stays in the same place every single time but it doesn't.
Every 2 weeks the files are new and I need to be able to give the access user a lookup dialog box so they can select where this time frames file is located.

How do I do this? Is a macro not possible? Does it need to be a module and if so, what does the script look like?

There are several ways and depends on which version of Access you have. I use this one because it uses the Windows common dialog, not an active x control.
