Hope someone can help.

I created a list, modified it to suit my data and imported data from a spreadsheet into the new table.

Problem is that I can't edit the imported records.

I can add new records and edit them but not the imported ones. I think it has to do with the IssueGUID.

Any help appreciated.

hi,
sorry I don't have an answer to your question, but would rather like to ask you one. How did you add items to your list?
I've created a list (VB.Net) with no problem, but trying to add items to it get a SoapServerException thrown.
I'm using UpdateListItems method.
thank you
Lena

Wow. This was a long time ago.
I think you are in the wrong forum. The list I refer to here is a sharepoint list. Adding items to this list is a matter of editing them in a textbox.

I think you need the VB.net forum for an answer.

Good luck,
Greg. :)

Greg,

Did you ever figure out what the problem was here? I'm having the same problem, with imported data.

THanks
