Import Web Problems

There are two of us working on our web page. I have created the site and posted it on the Internet. When my partner tries to import it to continue work on it, we get a series of strange results. (1) The index.html page has a whole table with the brown color that should only be in 2 cells and some font colors are changed. (2) The rest of tha pages either have a double border or have a replica of the page inserted into a table in the main section of the page.
