Note: this is the first time using the program. All I wanted to do was put together several .mov files into one.
I have serveral .mov files that I've tried to import into the timeline, however, everytime I do that the sound does not get imported with it.

Ideas?

if they are .mov files you made, then there sholdn't be a problem.

if they are "commercial/professional" .mov files (ie movie trailers from quicktime.com) the sound stream is always rendered un-importable.

Ok, thanks. That's what I thought. They are quicktime movies I downloaded.

To try and get sound however, you have to use 2 other programs, then import the two created files into Premiere. Its not at all worth it IMO.
