import emails from spreadsheet

Hello,

I have about 4000 emails in a spreadsheet and want to import into a distribution list in either Outlook exp or outlook.

It seems difficult to do.

Anyone know good routes to take.

For Outlook, just click File - Import, choose From another file, select the type of file (Excel, .csv, etc.), and then it will ask where to put it. Depending on your version, it may also ask other questions, but should be fairly simple to import from there.

Hi,

tried that but it didnt work properly. You cant import email addresses into a distribution list.

It would be nice if the address book had an import facility.
