how do i import address book from older W95 “internet mail”pgm to new outlook?

And old in,sent etc data from a damaged drive to new outlook?

To import into Outlook Express, you need to have your address book in a comma delimited text file (*.csv). Under File...export...address book...choose text file. On the new Outlook Express... File...Import...Other Address Book

On the Outlook...if you have a network, set up Outlook to save a .pst file to the network. Then after making the repairs, load the .pst from the network and the messages will be there.
