Hi,
I need to transfer a DB created in 2000 to 97, whats the easiest way to do this with minimal effort?

but has ne1 done this?

Mark:
easiest way to do it, is using the tools menu in (Access 2k) and then Database uitlities -->Convert Database and Select the vesion you want to.
You must be aware that if you have any reference to ADO, it will not be converted (Access 97 has no ADO libraries), if you have listboxes or comboboxes where you dynamically add items, you will have to re-do it by hand, bacause Access 97 does not support the Add Item method. for further information about this subject check the Microsof KB 319310.

Good Luck

Estuardo
