Impact advise - new ELAN switch

We are preparing to move from an unmanaged linksys switch to a managed Baystack 470 switch on the ELAN. We have an 81c, two SS's, three VGMC's, CP 4.0 (1005T) and symposium (not tied to CP). If we were to have the new switch configured, racked, live and ready to go right under the old switch, how much impact would there be to our end users? Is there an order of importance? during the reconnections?
Any advise would be great.

Succession 4.5, two remote sites connecting via H.323, NRS is at the location we are changing the switches.
