Immediate pls - How we can capture sound from modem

How we can capture sound from modem connected to telephone How to send sound from mic to telephone line through modem.

Is it possible to open wave device modem for in and out simultaneously that help to use mic and speaker as telephone unit and also able to capture sound and record to file for call recording in the absence of user.

If anyone knows about it pls give documents / sourcecode for above problem.

Found any clues yet? I am also looking for how to make a computer calls me and 'talk' to me, through the mic or better by playing a sound file.
