Immediate Call Transfer from Sec DM

Dear All,

I am New for Solidus.

We are using Solidus 7.0/sp5 with Tsw/sp6 & Dialog 4222 is used for DM. from the sec DM, The agent answered the internal call & the call transferring to the External No by Manual Dial or Directory search.

The Problem is the Agent need to wait for the external ring back to transfer the call to a extension no.

Is there any configuration available to transfer the call immediately to the Extension(Like Operator console).

Also pls share the function of the F8 Divert Key (it's allowing to divert the internal extension no only or External also).

1. have you tried F6 in the call window bar after dialling

2. F8 can be used to transfer to another service group

i am using F6, but after the ring back only it's allowing to select the function.

DM will require a line seizure before transfer at all times. Check on your switch if there is anything you can do, this is not a Solidus issue,

i am trying to find out the configuration for switch, but the configuration available for operator only.

if any configuration available for Digital phone pls share.

You say external calls only, can you set anything for your PABX to generate the external dial tone rather than the external route for all calls, nothing to do with type of handset or solidus.
