Dear All,
I am New for Solidus.
We are using Solidus 7.0/sp5 with Tsw/sp6 & Dialog 4222 is used for DM. from the sec DM, The agent answered the internal call & the call transferring to the External No by Manual Dial or Directory search.
The Problem is the Agent need to wait for the external ring back to transfer the call to a extension no.
Is there any configuration available to transfer the call immediately to the Extension(Like Operator console).
Also pls share the function of the F8 Divert Key (it's allowing to divert the internal extension no only or External also).
