IMF not moving messages to Junk E-Mail Folder

We have been using IMF for a while now, and it succesfully blocks and archives messages with a UCE of 7 or above. We have it set to move messages with 6 or above to the users Junk E-mail folder. However, it is not moving any messages to the junk email folder.

Any thoughts?

Simply lower the number and you will see the changes.
Or set it really low and check if it is going to block more emails (good emails included). If it worked , you fine and adjust it back to 5-6.

Your users should be using outlook 2003 in cached mode for this to work.
