IMC Service not starting

I am having a problem with the IMC service not wanting to start. Evertime i try and get it to start it is giving errors.
I look in the event viewer and i am finding these tow errors.

First: Your profilewas not successfully loaded, but you have been logged on with default system profile, Please correct the problem and logoff(5). Event ID 1000

Second: unable to start the service because the Configuration could not be loaded from the MS Exchange directory on NT registry. Event ID 4086

I have went to MS website and looked all around and did there there registry stuff they say.

try to do this:
- make new system user with same privileges as previous

-> this should help with registry profile loading problem.

Now in Services change for every Exchange service username and password to username and password of new created user (log on tab in properties of service).

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I searched all around the internet and tried everything that i found. I finnally just make a copy of all the settings for my IMC and the i deleted it and recreated it. Guess what it works great now......<^>
