Imbedded Messenger Systems

The old battle still continues with the users and IM systems. Does anyone have any input on how to stop users from using Imbedded Messenger Systems, Sites that have their own messenger systems built in (i.e. myspace.com) without blocking the entire site..??

I'm sure you could individually block portions of each site using some third party audit and control software, but I am a fan of "soft blocking" as I call it...

We can see what you do, if you do it again you're fired...
