Hi,

After 8 years we want to send an outgoing phone number. In the mitel nothing is setup, so that should be fine.
Our provider tells me that they don't block it as well.
Now we are still using an old release in combination with a universal nsu what needs to be programmed in IMAT.

Here is a copy of the imat database. Is there something in this config that prevents sending a number?

thx for your answers!!!

Is there nothing being inserted in the digit modification assignment? For example, in the UK 141 would be inserted to block outgoing CLI

this is in the icp digit modification assignment

2 0

I'm getting confused now where it's setup that we block to outgoing number.

so for sofar it looks like the MITEL setup is allright??

So still probably is our provider blocking it? What's your opinion?

just had another call with the provider, and finally they told me that they are blocking it...

thx

If you want to send out the same number with every outgoing call, then program the number you want to send in the Voice Default CPN and Data Default CPN fields. If you want the number to change depending on the originating DN, you'll have to set up CPN substitution tables.
