IMAP Client not Updating

I have multiple IMAP users (iPhones) receiving email but one user stopped getting mail as of yesterday. When she does a refresh I can see that GWIA has accepted the connection but she doesn't see any new mail.

Any ideas?

Let me take the "stupid question" approach and ask you - Are you sure there is new mail in the mailbox as determined by logging in with another client??

Yes absolutely. So as it turns out the item limit had been reached by this user. The imap limit setting in GW was 10000. But to tell you the true I don't much like the idea that it counts backwards, meaning from oldest to newest...just wrong!
