IMAP AND POP3 services wont start

hello everyone

for some reasons on my exchange server i got an issue ....
the IMAP and POP3 service wont start.... they are stuck at STARTI"NG for more than 30 hours now hehehe....


what could be causing this issues

What are the relevant errors logged in the application log? Could you copy them into here.

Need a bit more info to solve this,
