IMail 7.1 SMTP.exe Corrupt File HELP!!!!

Hi,

I am running Imail 7.1. I am having a little bit of a problem and Imail Tech Support cannot seem to help me at all! Im hoping I can find someone here who can.

We run Imail 7.1 on a Windows NT 4.0 box. The problem is that about every 15 min an error box pops up and says:

"SMTP32.EXE CORRUPT FILE... \IMail\Spool is corrupt and unreadable. Please run the chkdsk utility."

After this happens, the SMTP stops working and no one can send mail... I then have to re-boot and run chkdsk that way, and it seems to fix the problem.

Does anyone know whats going on? Any help would be appriciated!

Try Moving the Spool Directory to another location (eg C:\spool).
