Images in red when recieving html

I just upgraded to the R5 Lotus Notes version for the server as well as the clients. (5.0.7a)

Whenever my users receives any HTML attachment in a email message. The words (images) are in place of the html instead of being able to view.

Lotus web site stated to make changes to the person document preference from Mime, no preference, notes rich text format.

I tried this but this issue still exist

I figured it out.

All you have to do is, first stop the replication on the Domino server, tell replica quit

Go to the Person document within the Public Address Book on the server, within the individuals person document ensure that the format preference is set to 'No preference' under the mail tab.

restart the replication on the server load replica

Thats all u have to do.
